Return & Exchange Policy
All returned or exchanged items must/will be:
- Returned with all packaging in new condition.
- Require the original invoice and payment method to be presented.
- Refunded using the original payment type and card.
- Earphones are non-returnable, for hygienic reasons.
- Must be returned within 15 days of purchase in store and 30 days for online.
- Minutes and Data usage must be less than 50% of your monthly plan.
Accessories & Other
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- May be subject to a restocking fee if deemed returnable but in non-ideal condition.
- Non-refundable items include prepaid cards, cellular service fees, and labour fees.
- Must be returned with their original transaction items and meet all return criteria. If not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
