Return & Exchange Policy

All returned or exchanged items must/will be:

• Returned with all packaging in new condition.
• Require the original invoice and payment method to be presented.
• Refunded using the original payment type and card.
• Earphones are non-returnable, for hygienic reasons.

Cellular Devices

• Must be returned within 15 days of purchase in store and 30 days for online.
• Minutes and Data usage must be less than 50% of your monthly plan.

Accessories & Other

• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• May be subject to a restocking fee if deemed returnable but in non-ideal condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Non-refundable items include prepaid cards, cellular service fees, and labour fees.

Promotional Items

• Must be returned with their original transaction items and meet all return criteria.  If not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
